It is normal for a company to raise cash by going to friends, relatives and large shareholders to sell stock. David and Brad are very large and loyal stockholders that have been invested in BANY for a very long time. They trusted in the leadership and vision of Yost when there was every reason not to buy BANY stock. I think it was time for a payback and I also think that it was very good for the company to show that they will give a common shareholder privileges that are usually restricted to close family members. I also think it was very good the way Yost declared a FREE, NO RESTRICTIONS DIVIDEND of ANYI shares for all of the other BANY shareholders of record in December 1998.

.com, It has been known for some time that David and I were allowed to participate in the private placement.....as were several other "outsiders"...based on the filing. Posting that we are insiders is 100% wrong. We are not. We use our real names and have been in this stock for years. When the chance came along...we took it....and we are still taking it. You really owe us an apology......This is not the Yahoo board. bg ps. I doubt this thread is "loaded" with warrant holders.....I would guess that David and I are the only two....we go way way back. I really can't tell.....because of all the phoney names....Heck, you may be Bob Schick...or Cameron Yost.....or just not thinking straight.
