Candace,hello... First off that is a beautiful name, I like it. Secondly,your right, but I think you typed it wrong.We LOWERED rates to help the pacific rim economy. Actually all it does it defer investment from being made in our country rather than thier own where it is most needed to stimulate the economy where it is faltering. Big Al won't raise before August, the mention of it should do the trick, for now. Heck this thread is picking up!! I rather type with anyone named Candace than say an ARNIE!!!!<BG> jimmyo.. looking for another source of funding for the DoLittle INN!! (ps..
