Read about Manny on Ranging Bull Boards. His bio is there. He works in the biotech area and writes on biotech area for RB. Also answers questions from posters. I asked him about XOMA's non disclosure and this is his reply. Opal I did not post url because I think you must register. It is free.

georgew:

I agree with you wholehartedly about XOMA disclosing the mortality data. I hear Micheal
Murphy is touting that XOMA can be a $45 stock in the near future!! I have to disclose that I
am a XOMA shareholder and would LOVE for it to go to $45, but $12-13 would make me
happy as well! Your concept on results of trials being released to shareholders before
being presented at an appropriate scientific forum is an interesting one, and I agree with
you if the scientific forum is a long way ahead. But you have to keep in mind that many of
the smaller biotech stocks do not have analysts covering their progress and need a large
forum of this type to create buzz. So it is imperative for them to wait before they post their
data. Thanks for the questions and please update the board on anything you hear about
XOMA.
