Will they sort it out by tomorrow?

I had problems with a conversion. I converted an IRA from one brokerage house to another. I should have watched it. I didn't. And it didn't convert. So I had to sort all that out.

I have to transfer money from traditional IRA to ROTH. I keep forgetting to do it. I want to keep the cash for next fall out in market.

I don't want to plow money into the market all at once.
