Hi Fred and All: This action reeks havoc with ones emotions. It is imperative to try to keep things in perspective and not get too caught up in fear/greed cycles. Have I got thoughts? ... You bet! First: As a holder of Medizone for about three years now, I have come to trust that the new management has the interest of all shareholders at heart. Things may not happen within the timeframe we envision, but they do happen. Second: During a recent conversation, Jill was quite candid about the pending funding. It is nearly complete and the expectation is that it will be announced this month. Third: I must assume that this info has also been shared with anyone else who has taken the time to ask. This would include some large players. Fourth: I would like to believe that the recent runup was simply some of the large players taking their positions before the news is released. In order to get the quantity of shares desired they bid the price up to about .155, individual investors took it up a little a further. After "Mr. Big" got his shares, the amount of present interest among us little guys simply could not sustain the level as some profits were taken. As the price retreats, bids are withheld, hoping to be able to buy in at a lower level. A nice little panic is a good friend of the patient investor with a longer term perspective. Another reason why I believe the recent buying was predominently by some big players is because I simply do not feel that at present there is that amount of "interest" among us little guys. Short of another round of big time buying, or panic selling, I expect that us "retail" buyers will slowly bid the price back up a bit before the news we are hoping for. On a personal note: I'm happy that I managed to sell a small chunk yesterday at .175 and bought it back today (plus some) at .12. Gotta have some fun while waiting for the boatload to go through the roof :-) Fifth: The disclaimer: The possibility exists that my desire to see my shares appreciate has blinded me to the reality of the situation. This may just have been another bump in the road and a missed opportunity to reduce my exposure and put the money in something sensible, like DELL. Sixth: Fun and Games: Brush up on your internet research skills. Try to find out if anyone knows about ozone therapy in Cuba :-) Good luck to us all! Tevyah
