Additionally, it is not our position to continually call a client of TSIG and check up on their reasoning behind timing and their decisions. A prudent person would allow the corporate contracting to proceed at the speed decided upon and in the manner agreed upon by the two principals. One way to reverse a decision involving a partnership is to have excessive outside intervention especially to the other entity. They entered into a contractual arrangement with TSIG, not the shareholder. The shareholder must wait for the contract to bear fruit to reap the reward the two entities are striving to produce.
