They informed me that the 10k is being filed electronically now and should be out tommorrow, no later than Friday and the 10Q will come out the day after that, Monday...Also, I asked when the were going to send out porxies for The Life Foundation vote and he said they were in the process of doing that, after proxies are in it will take aprox 20 days to process then the deal will go through...80% of the stock is owned by insiders and they have already made the committment to Life Foundation, so the process will be very quick...This will look extremely well for the next 10Q...He also informed me that they will start putting out more PR next week and the weeks to follow....
