Jenne,

Many company insiders, particularly senior management, typically receive some portion of their compensation in the form of stock and stock options. This is true of almost all companies in the high-tech space. Insiders regularly file to sell stock to buy houses or pay for kids' college tuition or buy cars or whatever.
