I recall reading an article somewhere on SI about May being the time when the lockup period for TGLO would be lifted and everyone would probably just start dumping. Guess whoever wrote that was right. OTOH, when the dumping is over I suspect the stock will recover simply because it's an internet stock and the selling pressure will be off.
