aol/athm - technically a possibility but egotistically that's where i think the problem is

can these two get along as one firm...strategically aol needs something like this but at&t now controls it and at&t has more cash than aol

remember the rumor of at&t wanting to acquire aol about a year ago and aol reportedly snuffing them? maybe at&t dialed into that...and bought tci/@home/mediaone in response

now aol must go after a cable deal itself...i think it should look to do a deal with paul allen...ooops, can't do that...aol snubbed allen years agao when he wanted to buy aol

What do you think of this new ecommerce company Merchants Online.com [MRTO]. It is new and has association with Yahoo. They could have other things going with Yahoo. Advertising could give them exposure and add customers which increases revenues.
