Ah gee, isn't RADA the only company in the world that could purchase THQ and have the deal be non-accretive!

You are correct, sir. The effect of pooling is that there is no charge, at least
for the differential between the cost of the acquired company and the fair
market value of the underlying tangible assets. There may be some charge
relating to the business being acquired, like if there were costs associated with
an immediate termination of employeees, but we have no info on that.
