Stockbull,

To steal a line from our president, "I feel your pain". (LOL)

On the serious side, I spoke with the company late today and had an upbeat conversation. I think we just have to give the company a little more time to resolve and announce several issues (all positive), such as financing and merger conclusions.

Remember, there is a shareholder's meeting/vote coming up on 5/27, not very far away. I bought more on the dip today. I also spoke with their public relations company (PRIDEnterprises)who was very encouraging. In fact, they faxed a news brief update dated today they faxed to me that read as follows:

"Dega Technology (Dega OTC,BB) May 14th
Dega signs agreement with Jaguar and Range Rover parts distributor for Internet catalogue. Announced that it has entered into agreement with XKs Unlimited, a speciality parts warehouse distributor, to build Jaguar, Range Rover and Speciality Gauge internet parts catalogue. The parts catalogue, accessible to anyone on-line, will allow users to search for, identify and order parts real-time, using Dega's 3-click user interface.

More news to come for Name Change: Dega.com, etc."
