Mike thinking on your suggestion---for instance need to know where Myerson stands,and do we have the fact that Myerson is actually unloading,or do we just have the 144s of their intent to sell--has Auric produced data on such sales beyond the 144s,such as block sale lists. I,myself,don't have Level-II Of course I do worry that the buying that is holding up ASTN extremely well are buyers going on rumor only and if the rumor dies the stock price will get hit.But then I think,gees these rumors could really be true--it is,as I say,for myself,personally a tough call. I think Auric,himself,has a bit of doubt about his position,as he has said when asked what would change him to long on ASTN,and he said,a deal,a real deal,beyond the PHLX deal. There is more thoughts in head,but this is all can write right now.Good Luck,Max
