I hope today's rebuff from the government gets Case off this track. As I've said before this approach reeks (sp?) of weakness. The market at the very least wants to hear that AOL is not bound to a DSL strategy. The Hughes deal helps but these analysts wanted to hear about cable, too. What's the problem? Make a deal; small, not strategic but a deal and discuss cable. It always makes me nervous when management gets bullheaded and decides that it's right and the rest of the world will understand later.

rodney;no news ,very bad news ,the news from capitol hill bad ,and the conference was a crap ,long in aol but really we have nothing rigth now to move this stock up i think we are going to have the sameyo-yo kind of movement in the stock, now is the time to go low (hope i am wrong )i hope that mr.case conclude that he have to paid for what he wants that is not free and the goverment will not give to him ,hope he have a deal allready and that will be the ace that we needed we need to hear news to help this stock as early as tommorow morning ,time is our enemy now HURRY UP MR>CASE GAVE US SOME NEWS ,regards luis
