I was impressed with the action in ORCL until I saw some of the percentage gains of some of the other software dogs like JDEC, JDAS, SAP and PSFT. ORCL's percentage move was pale compared to the others. At least the action is better than last week when CNBC and the street.com scared a lot of investors out of ORCL.
