Theres a flood of internet issues on the market thats the problem. Etoys is going out tomorrow, drugstore.com has just filed which means planetrx and soma are probably going out at the same time.

I have doubleclick and in the advertising area there has been about 8 competing firms either IPO or file for an IPO - last year there were only 2 internet advertising companies you could buy, dclk and tfsm, now all these others.

I think I'm going to look into the cause for the death of disco to see what happens next... isn't this what happens in all manias... everybody in the world releases a disco record and down you go.

I'm a believer. I do need to check on them again to remind myself. I'm not selling gnet for a loss either.
