Well, now that you mention it Jule, why couldn't the company issue us the loyal shareholders rights to purchase shares in net2phone at the IPO price? Could it be because they don't have to so they don't? I still don't understand how someone like Mr. Sobel suddenly ends up with 8% of an asset that should be controlled by the board of directors of IDTC who is supposed to act in the interest of its shareholders. What did Mr. Sobel pay for his share? Is that disclosed in the prospectus?
