Like I said, it's an art. There are no set rules. Every encounter is an improvisation. I always freak afterwards, wondering how I got away with it. But I do. One theme that tends to work for me is to speculate openly about the size of the offender's apparatus.

BTW, this isn't for fun, ya know.
