Paul, for some reason exact URL won't reproduce. Just go to freedgar.com and type in Cortelco. Note that I have not read it. However it should describe use of proceeds in a way that let's us know how much CMCI is likely to get, and in what time frame. Note that a friend who listened to the original merger call told me they said they used the same mfg and systems and that integration of the two companies should be very easy. If true, that would save much of the first $5-10 million of your budget. My biggest reservation is not money, but management skills. One plus one mediocre mgmt does not equal one good one. However, this could be just the kind of situation that would appeal to some hotshot at one of the majors, to come in as president -- if Pino, as dominant owner, can be worked for by a high power guy and is willing to relinquish some control. Such a move might also help the valuation.
