DEAR THREAD: My permanent termination was overturned by some senior leadership at Go2Net, Inc. after they had a chance to review Anthony Elgindy's now deleted post #33919. My below response post was preapproved by them. It corrects a couple privacy issues that were in a similar response I made over two weeks ago that they deleted within 1 day after I posted it. This is an extremely long response, but for those who do not want to read it all, I will first paste the last paragraph of the preapproved post, and then will follow with the whole preapproved post.

This post is in reply to Anthony Elgindy's despicable compilation of outright lies that he put up on April 30th as post #33919 on the Anthony@Equity Investigation, Dear Anthony web site. This post was finally deleted from SI on May 11th. I will meticulously go through and provide evidence, and if need be, I will fly back to Macedonia to make a video interview with all the members of TV-ERA (they speak English) and will put that on the web.

and type in the patent number 5,689,651
you will then see "System for processing and displaying financial information." Click on that title, and you will see only my name, Fane Lozman, and the issue date of Nov 18, 1997 in the right hand corner. Below my name you will see the filing date of Oct 13, 1994 and as you scroll down the page you will see that all 20 claims were approved for SCANSHIFT and that there were 26 drawings. No where will you see Townsend Analytic's name.
Please go to Futures magazine, January 1995, where a review of SCANSHIFT was written by Gibbons Burke, under the heading Expo's Top Gun Software. The last paragraph states: Lozman says at least one large money manager is using the product and it is available through Townsend Analytics Real Tick III Windows real-time technical charting software.

Go to the Chicago Tribune archives and you will see a lengthy story written by George Gunset regarding me and SCANSHIFT dated February 20, 1997. I am regularly quoted in the Tribune discussing market activity, and have been 15 to 20 times. Please go to the New Yok Times archives and look for my name, along with USA Today. I have been quoted in those papers a number of times discussing Range Extension in the market; it is easy to see with SCANSHIFT.
I had only come in contact with Anthony since I joined SI last year. I never attempted to give anyone the impression that I knew Anthony my whole life.
The very first post about our specific trip to Macedonia, was put up by me on April 6. It is post #26,999 on this thread. Attention to detail is a strong character trait of mine. Anthony states that "Scanshift asked if could join my already announced trip." The Macedonia trip to help orphans was my idea and I pushed you to going, and at the last minute you were still trying to back out. I had made a commitment to go alone with Ana, and please call her up if you want to confirm that with her at a phone number Matt Tyson already put up in a prior post. You can also ask her if during one of the early days of the war if I did not spend the whole night with her when she had lost contact by telephone with her sister who was staying in a house in Kosovo with a number of other refugees. The international phone provider that Ana used at her residence was getting no ringing tone when she dialed the number for hours on end, and she was assuming that her sister may have been dead and the house they were staying in destroyed, etc.. I pulled out my cell phone and called Kosavo and was able to get through.
If we can agree on a member of this thread who lives in the Chicago area, I would prefer a physician or professor because lawyers leave alot to be desired in my mind, it will be my pleasure to show evidence that my net worth is substantial. You do not do very good detective work Anthony. I guess since you have bragged on this thread that your assets offshore, that a background check on you would show little assets in the United States relative to your net worth? But if someone was to just judge you on your U.S. assets, they would not have an accurate picture of your net worth would they?
I have never been on any type of disability, and have never received any money of any type from a disability or an accident. I have also never filed a lawsuit against anyone. Anyway, yes, I did shatter my hip and pelvis in 12 spots, and spent a year and a half learning how to walk again after undergoing two operations (one was 12 hours) to screw the pieces back together and do a graft for the leg artery. I do have medical insurance, and they picked up the $90,000 bill for this injury. If they had not (which never would have been the case), I had the resources to easily pay the bill.
If it were my motivation to grind out a legal suit against you for your outrageous statements, you have dug yourself a deep hole.
You asked me to introduce you to the top business reporters in the country and I did. When you were quoted in the Chicago Tribune, your home town newspaper, you asked me to Fex Ex you the papers for saturday delivery. When I just sent you the three business sections you requested, you asked me to Fex Ex you three front pages which I did the following week. I have those airbills, and it will be my pleasure to fax them to any reader of this thread who wants to see them. When I also got you quoted on the front page of USA Today's section A, in the New York Times section A story, and in the Financial Times, you were on the top of the world. You invited me to come out to your home and stay with you as long as I like. I guess you have a selective memory. Remember you Fed Ex me a box of video tapes so that all my media contacts could have a set of your appearance on television. I still have that box and the Fed Ex airbill.
The medical student refugee spoke perfect English when I met her in the camp, and the first thing I said was it was strange to hear a refugee speak English. Then I said would she like to be interviewed by TV-ERA and introduced her to the head of TV-ERA who was 20 feet away. We then snuck her out of camp dressed as a TV camera women with Anthony's camera and Ana's denim jacket. When she got back to the TV station in the early afternoon, everyone was talking and I said is there anything I could get her to eat. I then pointed out where the bathroom with shower was, and said I knew that she had not had a shower in over three weeks and to help herself. It was that simple. Just courtesy. The refugees do not have showers! Anthony never said anything, the only things he chewed me out for was wearing my shoes in Moslem homes and not crossing my legs knee over knee. I was crossing them like an American, which I was brought up as. I did not know it was against Moslem rules to point out where the shower was to a medical student refugee who had been sleeping in the dirt for three plus weeks. By the way, when she left that day she thanked me a number of times, and the next day came back and thanked us again. So if I did something wrong, why did she thank me on two different days?
The TV-ERA anchorwoman and I became friends, and I taught her how to ssurf the web and discussed the U.S. media with her. Again, we became friends, and what is wrong with that. When I left, she expressed her thanks of having met me. I told her I would probably see her again someday. Anthony, your reprehensible comments about my behavior regarding these two women are one's that I will not tolerate.
I left Macedonia on Saturday, April 24, the original date Anthony selected. I have the original printed timetable in the ticket that was prepared by Anthony's fathers travel office if anyone wants to see it. We all knew that on Friday April 23 that the visa's would be issued Monday, but that would cause Anthony to miss the flight from Athens monday afternoon. I told Anthony that it was important to the media process for the orphans that I stick to the gameplan that we both laid out prior to our departure. It was not necessary for me to go to the Embassy, Anthony could easily do it himself. Also I had made a commitment to a friend in Greece, and instead of hanging around Skopje, Macedonia on Sunday where there was really nothing more to do, I stayed with the gameplan. On Monday I flew to New York, and waited for Anthony's call which never came. The reason for the media gameplan that I had laid out, was to maximize the impact of the visa's and the orphans. Anthony is an incredibly charasmatic and brilliant communicator. We agreed before we left, that it was important to get the word out to as many media organizations as possible about the orphans so people could adopt them. I am good at networking and coordinating things. Anthony is great at communicating. That is why I knew we would make a good team. What I did not see in a million years, was that Anthony was going to go this the lone wolf at the last minute and leave me hanging.
I never once pulled down my shorts to show a scar to Ana or to any of her friends. Anthony and I shared the same bathroom at Avdulla residence, and he did see the scar that runs on my hip when I was wearing cutoff shorts one night while brushing my teeth.
A complete and disgusting outright lie was that I ever asked Ana to turn down the "goddam TV." Another complete and outright disgusting lie is that I asked Ana's sister to wash my clothes. Remember, both Anthony and I were in Macedonia marching around filthy refugee camps. After being there 6 days, I asked Ana for directions on how to use a front loading washing machine. She said that I had more important things to do but laundry, and that her sister would do both my clothes and Anthony's. Yes, Anthony's clothes were washed at the same time mine were. No, Anthony did not do his own laundry, which gave him the same pleasure of not have to wear the same dirty clothes the entire trip.
I have still photos of Anthony being followed around by a TV-ERA cameraman using a full size professional video recorder while I operated Anthony's sony camcorder. The majority of the time however, Anthony was aggressively shooting his personal camcorder footage, and he was usually behind Avdulla, Ana, and others from TV-ERA. Thus, I could see myself being in some video, but that would be natural and would have been solely a decision of the camcorder operator, Anthony. I am confused, why in the hell would he want to take my picture anyway since I am such a bad guy.
I went on every trip that Anthony did, except three. One was that he did during the afternoon of April 22th (the information minister and the evening meeting with the NBC reporter). During that day I made a second trip to the Stenkovic refugee camp to get the list of names and ages of the refugees in one specific tent. Another was when Ana and him went to visit a friends house one night and I was at the TV Station with Avdulla. A third, was his trip to Stenkovic refugee camp on April 23th. I was too burned out after having been there twice the day before; I had also been there other times earlier in the week.
Another absolute and complete lie is that Ana never blew up in anyway at me in her husbands residence and asked me to leave. Below is an e-mail that I received from Avdulla the day prior to Anthony's libelous post #33919. I am deleting my e-mail address so I do not get junk mail, but if some physician or professor who wants to check out my net worth also wants to see this e-mail, it will be my pleasure to show it

Continuing responding to this despicable post of lies in Anthony's now deleted post #33919, I did buy and give things to individuals there, but not in the quantity that Anthony did. Anthony had brought over a number of cheap watches, and he handed those out. He also gave out some cash (less than $300 that I witnessed)and chewing gum to refugees in the camps. The individual who gave out substantial sums of money was Ana. She spent $18,000 during the time I was there, a portion was to set up her sister that she found in Albania, but I saw her give at least a couple thousand in hundred dollar bills to different refugees. This activity of hers was videotaped by a TV-ERA cameraman, and when the footage was shown in the control room, there was anger because the workers there felt they should have received some of that money since many of them work for little or no money.
Anthony, again you will be caught in your own web of lies. I mainly e-mailed my media contacts, while I mainly used my cell phone to focus on the political efforts that I had started with Congressman Robert Wexler along with other political types. I also started my activities to get grants for TV-ERA from charitable foundations by cell phone while in Macedonia. I will show the cell phone bill with all the calls I made to a physician or professor who can than come and post the truth on this thread.
I have a letter dated April 15, 1999 from the Congressman discussing Ana and her sister and niece along with me and who you were. This letter we had the day before we left for Macedonia, and you clearly told me that having a letter which mentioned your name was a precondition for you going. You felt this letter could be invaluable if we were to get into some type of tough spot. This letter was addressed to Ambassador Christopher Hill and it will be my pleasure to fax a copy of it to anyone who is interested. I want to point out that it was mid way through our visit when Vice-President Gore announced that the refugees would be allowed to come to the United States and not have to go the American military base in Guantanamo, Cuba.
I think something that needs to be addressed and was witnessed by Avdulla was a couple questionable anti-semitic comments. When I first introduced myself to both Ana, and her sister, they asked if my name Fane Lozman was Jewish. I commented that Fane was an old welsh name and that Lozman was German. I stated that I was not a religious individual, but had attended Immaculata La Salle High School in Miami. Also, on April 21, Avdulla, Gazmend, Anthony, myself and a number of the top albanian mafia bosses were having drinks at an upscale bar. During that evening, Anthony made the comment that the U.S. Federal Reserve is owned by an Israeli bank. I said that is absurd, and that comment truly offended his ego. I then went further and said I would bet him $1000 dollars that he was wrong. He agreed to the bet in front of everyone, and I am waiting to collect, although I guess that will be in another lifetime. He did however keep going on and on about this Israeli bank owning the U.S. Federal Reserve, and when I kept saying that was the stupidest thing, his ego got further out of wack.
I usually hate cell phone bills, but in this case it is a great delight that there are cell phone bills. My cell bills will show that I made a number of calls to his father's office on April 27, the first couple just lasted a minute or two and those were speaking to a employee of his fathers office who confirmed his father was not in yet. Later that day I called back and had a conversation with his father, and that will show a calling time of more than a few minutes. When I get the bill, it will be my pleasure to show those cell bill to the individual (hopefully a physician or professor) who will verify them to the thread. I did talk to his father, and his father apologized for his son's behavior. I also talked to his father while I was in Macedonia, and he expressed his thanks for getting his son involved in this project.
It will be my pleasure to arrange with the physician or professor we find or a handful of members of this thread conference calls with some reporters Anthony and I had agreed to meet with in New York on April 27 and 28, and the couple senators and their staff from the Senate Permanent Subcomittee of Investigations that we were supposed to meet with on April 29.
All this boils down to is a complete lack of respect and common manners for me in a project that I put together. What is weird and will be a mystery to me perhaps till my dying day, is that Anthony came up and shook my hand and thanked me when I left Macedonia and said he would contact me for the second phase of our trip when he had his exact itinerary. Ana also thanked me numerous times 10 minutes before I left Macedonia.
After I typed the letter that Anthony wrote longhand on April 23 on my laptop, it was put on diskette and transferred to Avdulla's desktop. It was printed with a Mother Theresa letterhead. While Anthony was reading it he was sitting at Avdula's desk and joked about how with how devoted his fans on this thread are, they would send a ton of money and they could split it three ways. Ana and Anthony laughed, but I did not. I thought the joke was not funny. It does however raise only the very slightest question: why would Anthony have the poor humor to make that joke twice. I did not question him on it, but I wish I had a video tape of it.
Elgindy, I do not have a damm thing to apologize for. Maybe one day you will mature, and you will realize that you threw away a man who believed in you. You have a personality flaw in my opinion but are you man enough to overcome it. Being a control freak is no way to go through life. This Macedonia trip was a team effort. Screaming at me when I put up one post while I was in Macedonia shows how you have this "world revolves around Anthony mentality." Well, that is not the way to go through life. Learn some simple respect and manners. Just remember, that you came to me and thanked me and shook my hand before I left Macedonia.
