Great EGRP article from CassBeth Investing:

"Current Stock Picks

Current Picks Technicals

EGRP E-trade is our number one long term favorite. The bottom line is that we think they are at the beginning of a changing paradigm in investing and investment management. One of 3 things will happen with this company:

1. It will either be taken off the street by an established firm with deep pockets. We think that is highly unlikely.
2. It will collapse with the rest of the economy and civilization as we know it do to some unforeseen event(s).
3. It will blaze a trail and be number 1 or number 2 in a huge new industry segment, personal financial management. In this case we easily see its market cap increasing 10-20 fold over the next 5 to 10 years.

We have performed some basic analysis and projections for EGRP. The analysis considers no major market corrections and uses valuations similar to todays valuations. We project that EGRP sales will reach $4 billion dollars in 2002. We also project that 1999 sales will exceed $500 million based on 4th quarter 1998 reported sales.

The charts show projected stock prices in yellow, unadjusted for splits. So for the 4th quarter of 1999 we are projecting EGRP at $200 per share (unadjusted for splits). Expecting 2 splits this year makes that $50 per share. This translates to about 1.4 million customers world wide, a very conservative estimate. They will probably exceed 1.4 million customers by mid summer.

By 4th quarter of 2002 we expect EGRP to be at the $1600 dollar level (unadjusted for splits). Expecting another 3 splits between 2000 and 2002 places EGRP at the $50 level. This translates to approximately 11 million customers world wide. A hefty number, but based on the premise that EGRP will be the number 1 or a very close number 2 personal finance / investment management portal on the web. For the short term, baring any catastrophes, EGRP is probably the best investment in the market."
