Seriously, their argument about soft DRAM prices is weak. First, DRAM as a % of revs is now and will probably continue to be lower as logic and communication make up a growing % of chips.

Second, STMicroelectronic's Dauvin predicted a weakening of DRAM prices before they headed back up. He has been as accurate as anyone regarding the health of the chip industry. In a choice between him and those on the Burke thread, my money is with him:-)))
