Actually Grayhairs, the chart has many parameters and are difficult to arrange in a fashion that pleases everyone's fancy and still keep on one page. To not include the GSJB JV interests would be leaving out tremendous possibilities (which at this point that's all it is). The chart was designed to help facilitate one's ability run the numbers. If let's say in two weeks the share price is different on all the companies, you take their price and divide it into $1000 then run the numbers. If you're investing in KOB, you run it thru the per TCF number, and so on. As for why Armstrong got rid of the GSJB JV for a "pittance"; Armstrong is not a public company who is able to raise money at will. They positioned themselves into the GSJB JV in a way that they are now out of the check writing business. Very smart! There is no way Armstrong could complete testing on multiple deep temblor tests in their limited financial state. By the way it wasn't a pittance.....
