That is indeed very exciting info on Kob (as I have a boatload). I do want to say a HUGE thank you to so many on this thread. I have been investing for a number of years but never with gas/oil stocks (until my broker told me to get some WML) and I believe I have a better understanding of this play because of all the regulars on this thread. So, on golf day I will buy two rounds - one for KOB and one for WML. Methinks it has the possibility of a loooong evening. Success to us all Charlie.

I totally agree with you regarding KOB's decision for the rights offering to existing shareholders. They have done the honourable thing by giving all shareholders what is usually given only to insiders and theirs friends. And if shareholders don't belly up to the bar then someone else will dilute the heck out of them.

This offer is contrary to what I expected when I read one proposal to be put forth for a vote at the annual meeting. It is a resolution to allow the directors to dilute the stock up to 100% of the current number of issued shares by way of one or more private placements.

The above mentioned proposal certainly is one resolution that I will be voting against. Thank goodness I can now vote through my broker by a touch-tone phone.

In regard to the golf tournie. I gave up golf many years ago, but would love to buzz around the course on a cart. Maybe I could drive the hospitality cart. A cart that could do wheelies and chirp from first to second. Yea! a four-speed. Yea!! a Boxster convertible golf cart. Yea, that sounds like it!!! regards WB.
