DRG bounced off support at 362 and closed at 368. It's made a number of lows at the level going back to November. BTK today successfully retested its previous resistance level from which it broke out recently and bounced up. MLNM looks like it will breakout of a 3-4 month base just as the BTK index. HMO looks like the runaway group now. There was a news story on ABC that average rate increases expect to be 12 percent this year...CalPers just raised premiums paid to HMOs by 10 percent.
