I hear today or tomorrow will likely be the record date for the Diamondex spinoff.
As to when it starts trading, that's in the hands of the regulators, at one point it was thought that it might trade next week, but now it looks like the week after. None of this is for sure, as it's out of wsp's hands now. We may have gone ex-dividend today, though.

One thing for sure about good old reliable Winspear, it always
goes down on news. It is going down on anticipation of the
news right now. They should release some pictures of those big
diamonds for all the world to see.
