i have avoided it but was short it last fall for a while.don't know the deatils but NOTHING would surprise.no small amount of fraud in general these days.

Mohan, if there is more I would look at their write off provisions. I've never looked at PVN, but you also would want to check out the details of any securitized packages they are pushing out the door.

This type of biz is a great big made-to-order "legit" ponzi scheme if you want to make it that way.
