curtis, First, we need to take the 4 3/8 resistance which is formed in 97. This stock is way oversold just because of low fuel prices and weak small stock market. There is nothing wrong with this company. It is just got lost and ignored by the street. I do not see any difficulty to get it back to $5, it is just the matter of valuation of small stocks. Once this sector is hot you cannot stop it. I am trying to look for PE of some larger companies in the same sector. I will present my estimated value of HIPC stock. I bet it will be a shocking price.
