I haven't been following the day to day news about the trial but here's something that I've been kicking around:

Trial to resume June 1, correct? I was in the legal field for a long time, in litigation. It always seemed that settlement negotiations never got really serious until it was nut cutting time; i.e., the day before a trial was to begin or resume, prior to opening statements, etc. If that were to prove true in this case, the settlement discussions (assuming that they're ongoing) might intensify next week/weekend and result in either an announced settlement or a request that the trial resumption be postponed for a few days because the parties are close. This assumes that the parties are motivated to settle.

Anyway, even though I am sure the chart looks less than optimal for being long, I am going to speculate in the June calls, hopefully Monday after the premium strip takes place.

FWIW.
