I don't understand why everyone is so fixated on getting shares of net2phone. With IDT holding 66% of the company the will benefit from any rise in this IPO's price. Now I realize getting shares of n2p at 10 and having the potential to sell at say 50 sound great but the question is how many shares would you receive for each IDTC. 1 to 4, 1 to 5??? Who knows? I know this for sure. CMGI has exploded by acting as the incubator for Inet IPO's which is what I think IDTC is going to do too. I know I called the company a "stale fart"...that's just my way of saying hurry up with the news. In reality the company is on track and would seem to have several other nice IPO's in the pipeline.
