Red: If the deal is done, why is the news being held back? I thought the company had to disclose material changes as they happen. The China deal must be considered material information? Nevertheless, the stock should start to climb tomorrow and finish strong going into the weekend if the deal is too be announced next week. I heard there is going to be some sort of release tomorrow regarding an acquisition. If the stock takes off on tomorrow's news, then imagine what it will do when the China deal is announced. Rise
