Still waiting for the stock to decline ...hohum....by the way, did you ever realize that Amazon.com never made a cent and burns cash at rates unheard of before this year and yet it went from 15 to 600?....you keep shouting the same BS over and over but the stock is bid bid bid bid bid.....supply and demand...future expectations....low float...revolutionize the way equity block trading will be done....does any of this mean anything to you? 24 days above the call level for the warrants and no call? they don't need the cash....see ya in the twenties anyday now...throw in the towel already, before you take a beating so bad you can never recover....;^)

Gees Auric - with that expert analysis and response to MST's most recent post, you've convinced me that this company is going down the tubes - NOT! I love the way you use facts and figures to support your arguments! At least as an attorney, MST has had the training and background to do some pretty extensive dd on this, as well as any other company he invests in - not that he needs defending!

Oh well, I think we all know what you're all about - spewing comments off the cuff with absolutely no research or knowledge about what you're talking about. The question is - Why? Helping keep us poor longs from losing all our money? That's sure benevolent of you! The past few weeks has shown that it's not worth shorting - how much have you made shorting the stock? How did you ever find ASTN anyway? Throwing darts at your computer one night?

<<<This company's pissing a river of cahs and has no customers.>>>

Funny, last time I communicated with Mr. Cangelosi, in addition to telling me that VWAP had now been fully tested and is now in "locked down" status, he indicated that institutional interest in using VWAP was significant. In case you don't know, (imagine that you not knowing something) Mr. Cangelosi is the Vice President for New Product Development with the Philly stock exchange.

Of course who knows for sure what the interest will actually be, but in just a few weeks, we will have a chance to see for ourselves. However, those closest to the information, e.g., Ashton CEO, keep giving hints that the institutional interest is significant. As you may recall, Fred's first estimate was 20 million a day by end of year. A few weeks later he raised his estimate to 20 to 30 million by end of year. It's been reported by another poster, who recently visited the company, that the 20 million share figure may not be out of the question come July. 42 days just isn't that long to wait, and much sooner than that the Philly itself will be making an announcement to affirm the official start date.

Regards

Auric - not that it matters, but I actually run a company that has 15 employees, 9 professional employees and a very busy real estate transactional deal-oriented practice (you know, commercial real estate development and finance, etc.). With all due respect, I know plenty about how to run a successful business, how to manage cash flow, how to secure capitalization, business development and the like -- as well as managing a full time law practice and supervising 5 other attorneys who help service my clients - none of it academic, I might add. I'm not bragging - just stating the facts, something you have great difficulty with, I can tell. Not that this gives me special powers to analyze ATG's merits, but rather once again exposes you as someone who works fast and loose with the facts. Is your diligence on ATG as weak and presumptive as your analysis of my personal business experience? I'm betting it is.

By the way, while we're at it, what exactly are your qualifications to pontificate on "business"?
