This is a great little company that is about to be not so little. I received there investor's kit and was very impressed. Picked up a nice position & sitting tight.

Ed, they should be getting close to completing their filing. They will need some more revenue to qualify for small cap so it looks like another revenue producing acquisition will be needed and I am sure they have more acquisitions in the works
