Not much, mg1041.

The 750,000 shares to be released from lockup restriction represent less than 23 percent of one day's average volume. To whatever extent they are sold by holders (and it is unknowable as to how many, or when, if ever, such shares will actually be sold), they should be absorbed very quickly. These shares are not new; thus, there is no shareholder dilution. They're part of the original 10mm share block in the IPO and are simply now available for trading. They will become part of PCLN's float.
