Don, I concede your point, but it proves mine.. what I was trying to suggest was that if the quality staff stay (regardless if is dedication or greed), they believe in one of two things: 1. the technology is so exciting that there is no better job to find and, thus dedicated, they will produce great technology. Rambus stock goes up. or 2. the job is o.k., but the darn stock is going to go up because the technology is going to be dominant (even if they don't like working on it) and they are going to stay around for the ride and collect on those options. Either way, as an investor in Rambus, I win. As I said, the retention rate is "A good sign."
