Michael, it is hard to track the inventories because most is in London wharehouses and sometimes metal gets shifted between London and COMEX.
It is good to watch comex stocks trend as they can give an indication.

It is easier or more accurate to track the supply deficit and from this we know that inventories are being drawn down. The tough part is to predict when the
time has come that inventories get dangerously low.

The market could anticapate this and speculators and metal users jump into the market and gobble up the last of the inventory. I thought this would have happened by now, but the negative bias in the PMs seems to be holding of the day of reckoning in silver.

I expect we will see a good move in silver yet this year.
