I believe that there are two outstanding acquisitions that are still going through some audits so these deals are not closed yet...could be three...and I think they are planning to do even more acquisitions in the near future because their game plan is to consolidate their niche market (worth approx. 8 billion)... and they are also working to bring e commerce to this industry which makes a lot of sense since they have little or no inventory... remember that they are dealing with the latest products unlike public clubs like costco and etc... thunderstick and lightmix (worked on sites like the raging.bull) are working on the website due out in mid June assuming no delays... once deals are closed...I believe that they will have positive EPS... the audits should confirm this...initially they will after the deals are closed have approx. 350K members...they are or will hire a credit card consulting firm to market their membership as well as I think utilize a banner system online ( I still need more info in this area)...but it is a great play at these prices and even higher imho... do your own dd...the above are just my opinions...no hype...good luck...
