NXTL will be soon as well - I am having a cash cruch because I made the mistake of tendering my fORE shares - man I wish I could untender them!! Also will be looking hard at NETA - would love your thougts on those takover runmors....They have great technology btoo but are in a bind with lawsuits etc - CA could snap them up..

tim, a question re: coms... today the fourth (i think) suit was filed against them... biz.yahoo.com i haven't ever been involved in a stock with this kind of action going on... it seems like it is having no effect on the price, but i am wondering if it is normal that once one suit is filed, then a bunch of other firms start jumping in, too? is this going to affect the stock price eventually or buyout chances, or is it still a non issue... i know when the first one was filed last week, you all said it was all covered by insurance etc... so i have not been worried, but am wondering... thanks, kathy :)
