Here's a backdoor with a Health.com twist HHHH 3s

One other internet health site we came across is HHHH Irwin Naturals 4Health's Healthzone.com. Healthzone.com,is both a health
information and online drug store. The site healthzone.com features a line of 16000 drug store items for sale and is broken down into
different areas each relating to health. Some of the areas included are pages specializing in information the InfoZone
healthzone.com , fitness the FitnessZone healthzone.com , supplements and vitamins the Supplement
Zone healthzone.com , health related gifts and of course drugs, the Drug Zone.

But what may be the real appeal of HHHH is its plans to IPO Healthzone.com a la MALL-UBID. From its April 21 release-

"The Company also announced its intention, subject to compliance with applicable legal requirements and assuming no adverse tax consequences, to spin-off 100%
of HealthZone.com to Company shareholders as soon as practicable. The Company currently anticipates that it will take at least two to four months before
HealthZone.com is spun-off to Irwin Naturals/4Health shareholders.

"Klee Irwin, CEO of HealthZone.com, said: ''As a pure Internet company, the spin-off should also help establish HealthZone.com's separate identity with
prospective investors as a potential growth company in health-related e-commerce. Further, it will help HealthZone.com improve its ability to raise additional capital,
including a possible initial public offering to fund future growth." biz.yahoo.com

BKS versus ZD is not a fair comparison---for one the morning of the
ZDZ IPO ZD got slammed with a downgrade by Merrill Lynch--from those
with a long view(of which I am not doing) they have a much, much better situation in BKS than with DLIA DBCC and ZD---I think people are going
to look much more closely at the parent company than before.Max90
