Hi Vitas; Looks more like a turf war, and is likely over done by the competitors. Seems to me they are talking about an area were you have a choice of local service, and the charges are split via a compensation of one to the other for calls, and the big boy is getting jacked around by smaller companies that have cheap rates for incoming calls, ( that the ISPs use ) ------------------------- Well where I'm at we don't have any such choice for local calls anyway, the ISP is with the same company and it never has been cheap.
