Hi David, Just like Kimberly Lee postulated on her thread tonight, the reverse may no longer be required. The r/s was announced when the stock was under 1 cent. Now with the stock much higher, and a potential deal with AOL, a reverse of that size is no longer needed. Besides, a reverse split actually does nothing to the fundamental value of a stock. Any negative effects of an r/s are purely psychological, and will be completely negated by the AOL deal IMHO. Also it would allow them to be listed on NASDAQ which is a big bonus!

Good luck,

IC
