See 1st sentence, 2nd paragraph. Perhaps you were just kidding. In fact, you may be just kidding every time you post anything.

"IPO...and the bonds are the only obstacle..." Where do you folk come up with this
material? And there's Hawaii who made up his own definition for "HYPE" which is no
where near the true definition, but why not make up some more stuff - he's been doing it
all along!

There is no IPO!!! They are redeeming bonds to get a new credit facility which will
probably involve more debt, and include the sale of interest in Net2Phone to "private
investors". It may even include floorless convertible stock options.

Gosh, I should give some of you my phone number and maybe I could sell you some
land in the Florida Everglades. Just don't call me on Net2Phone, I'd like to hear what
you have to say!>>

i don't think it is a fair comparison between IDT and ZD regarding the parent company's value after the offspring's IPO. on the one hand, NTOP is the world leader in VoIP, a market that is projected to be at $23.4B in year 2003. by retaining 66.2% stake in NTOP and owning the backbone over which NTOP routes their current 20+ million minutes of traffic monthly, IDT will move higher as NTOP goes up. on the other hand, ZDNet is not a leader in the media industry, thus not benefitting the parent's value much.

analysts'ratings on IDTC were before the announcement of NTOP S1 filing. IMO, upgrades are coming soon.
