DGTL was a good choice based on their product and it's anticipated use. If this turns out to be a bad pick of Joe's he will still have a winning average. Some you win, some you lose. In the words of Yogi B. - "it ain't over till it's over. The need for CD protection is there, if Digital won't make it someone else will.
