David has a very good point it seems to me. Kimberley has dealt with the reverse split in terms of getting the price up, but the issue of more shares to management has been ignored. That is the real concern for us. If management is going to issue more shares, I figure the present market cap as about 230 million. (.38 cents a share times 600 million shares pre-split (see post 147 and 40)) The company might be worth that much and maybe 2x as much considering it has a deal with AOL, but it is not clear that this stock is such a great bargain anymore. It could go alot higher based on momentum but we should not kid ourselves about the fundamentals.
