A big thanks to Conrad and Mary for showing the advantage to TSIG of the distributor network.

Regarding the concerns about customer service... along with the obvious need for cash to
allow TSIG to execute and fulfill their goals and already existing contracts, and the
importance of name recognition, service and more service is paramount in all the Company's divisions. Top caliber service is the way of retaining customers and help the "word of mouth" recognition and attaining of new customers for TSIG.

Please don't hesitate to PM or e-mail me with comments about TSIG's service so it can be
forwarded to the parties responsible for prompt resolution. And, yes, compliments are
welcome. People doing their job well are entitled to a pat on the back!
