Z,
I wrote that. Here is a link to freeedgar, a 13g that FMR filed last August. Best I could do. Says that they own 4.6% of HTCH. I recalled more than that. Perhaps I was remembering a percentage that one of their tech sector funds was holding (that is, the fund's holdings amounted to more than 10%).

Can't make the links work. Go to freeedgar.com, search on HTCH, then view filings, etc.

Z;

I will poke my head up long enough to gripe a bit about our favorite subject (HTCH). Went to their web site today to do some research and found that they have had a technical papers section under construction since 1997. Looks like they don't take their web presence very seriously. Pretty shabby IMO.
*grumble*

Best,
Stitch

I just did a little more checking on FMR and HTCH. In Feb 98, FMR filed a 13G that said that they owned 2.5 million shares, or over 15% of the stock. In August 98, they filed a 13G which said that they owned 4.6%. I didn't see a more recent filing, so they obviously haven't increased their ownership significantly since then, and may be out entirely for all I know. In any case, it doesn't look like they made a very good deal, since if they sold it in late July/early August of 98 (the 13G was dated Aug 8, I think), then they sold to Z and friends of Z at some very low prices.
