Softbank announced today that they'll form a holding company for internet ventures and spin this off in an IPO. That would include their holdings in 80 internet related companies. I have no idea how this might affect IDTC, if at all. Just wish I could get in early on the IPO. They have unrealized profits of $14 Billion in these companies.

if you examine the s1, unless they do a spinoff to shareholders, hj, you, and myself will receive the exact same amount.

he run up from 12 is not just the spinoff, but the fact that idtc has a voip backbone that extends internationally.

this q, idtc must not disappoint on the earnings, so the carrier business will help propel the price past 40.
