To anyone following this stock. Currently the market cap of this stock is 2.44 mil, with 14.37 mil shares outstanding. Though limited info is available on 12/30 announcement concerning buy-out, one thing we do know is that they are paying 13 mil for assets and some liabilities. When you compare market cap with buy offer there is a large difference. It also seems to me that this stock has been creeping up on heavier than normal volume, though I have not been watching very long. Any thoughts or info would be appreciated. BC
