IMHO, the message has to be either profound like "GE. We bring good things to light." or the message has to be humerous like bugs bunny saying "Thank you Paine Webber." Many of the new brokerage messages are quite memorable because the characters stay with you like the bar tender billionaire, the millionaire tow truck driver and the "sick" young guy that helps his boss place an electronic order while others are clucking about. The add needs to stand for something IMO. The present adds are OK but certainly not great. Need to sharpen the customer's focus so they remember the add at least.

At some point, I would like to see Aspect change it's name from Aspect Telecommunications to Aspect Communications, in keeping with it's founder's vision and the new product offerings. How about Aspect Communications.com. Then we can get an internet valuation. <g>

"Communicating the way to the 21st century (and beyond?)." That would be memorable, nicht wahr? Sounds like something a big company like LU would say.

That sounds very well reasoned to me. Puts me in mind of someone who has experience in dealing with the media. I am quite certain that, if adopted, the program which you outline will be very effective in contrast to the recent effort. Bear in mind that when I propose something I don't mean to be pedantic but only constructively critical for the benefit of all ASPT stakeholders, including you, the typical $7 purchaser. You are of course free to disregard my suggestions completely<G> should you choose to do so. That green logo though needs to be reconsidered. I've never liked it. Do you suppose the public prefers green and white to red on blue? Same symbol, just different colors? Can I put it on the ballot if I get it in by November? Just kidding.
