Jnne's pr man Pat rost Has a doctorate in business and law and hes only the pr man. He has taken on many stocks lately with great results
and can give advice to management about the business side of it also.
The question is can management pull him into etpi on a consulting basis. I have only seen happy campers in his stocks so far,and he doesnt seem to go on hype. He would also seem to have the know-how to bring in experienced people into the company. Look at the recent hirings in jnne. Jnne just recently hired the former vice president of franchises for days in(a huge franchise) to come onnboard, but he would have to be convinced of etpi's potential.

None of us need a "rubber-stamp" board.

An independent board is both fundamental and easily understood. Doug's failure to grasp this only highlights his *intrinsic?* lack of abilities.

OK, so who has Doug's ear? Who can actually telephone him and get him on the line?
Penny, I'll be glad to take charge! Pick up your rakes and torches, who's with me? Let's burn the castle!
Doug may not be Jack Welch. He is a small businessman. He's not had much experience running a public company in the private sector. That does not mean he's incapable of it. To me, it only means that he's not had good help or good advice. I'm not aware of many CEOs that achieve at high levels without the benefit of a good mentor at some point in their development. He may have a fatal blind spot, though, in not recognizing or acting on the need for help...

Let's burn the castle!
Good note. I'm sharpening my pitchfork and rewatching Young Frankenstein just to get the motif right.
